Operation and Maintenance Manual and Log Books
Schal are now able to prepare Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Log Books for any size of construction project on behalf of clients.
The service includes collection of information from designers and subcontractors, collation into files in a pre-approved format, and the production of hard copies in ring binders and an electronic version in PDF format with a hyper linked contents for ease of use.
